I want to thank GOD and all those who helped us at the track, and to the Morris family who took care of my daughter,Tabitha. I also want to thank GOD for the heroes who helped with Dad at the car: Gene, Dan, and Laroy. These guys are HEROES and MEN of great heart. Without their help things would have been worse. I know more people were involed in helping and I thank God for you too!
I would also like to comment to the few imbecilic people, who think we would send a car down the track that was not equiped with all the correct safety gear and that the gear not ready to be used. The cars safety equiptment and firesuit was inspected yesterday by a second party. (I didn't get to see it till today) and it was found to be ALL in working order and correct. By the way....I AM THE GUY WHO UNHOOKED THE SAFETY ARM RESTRAINTS AND HEAD RESTRAINT, while Gene and Dan held his arms.
As far as the chute goes, the safey pin is still in the trailer and chute is ready to be pulled. The entire crash and physical damage has been gone over with the surgeon we have,(and he just happens to be a racing fan and has treated several drivers). We now know what happened and how. But to those few inconsequential people out there, I would like to ask you to keep your puerile comments and opinions to yourself, and we greatly look forward to seeing you on the starting line.
Once again I want to thank everyone that helped, called or texted and have stopped by the hospital. It is great to know that so many people care enough to check on us. We have a long road to travel, but we will get down it fast!! And be back for the next round.

thanks to Kenny & Sharron for all the help that ya'll provide and the fun you bring to the track. We have some great racers and fans at the track and we love all of ya'll. We had the Computer go down Sat. nite and thanks to a fan he got it back up and we run the race, but it is going to TSI Tuesday for a check up. Thanks Eddie for coming to track for Sunday services. Hope weather holds out and we can have a great picnic.

February 9th @ 5pm cst 6pm est Rough river state park Lodge. Located by rough river dam. A buffet of seafood will be served Roughly 18.50 per person. We will hand out awards to points
winners and runner ups after the dinner. Outlaw 10.5, Entry 8.5 6.50, 7.50, and pure street classes. During that time we will discuss the upcoming season for outlaw at US60. Jason Lancaster will be on hand and will discuss the upcoming OSCA racing and schedule for 2013 season. I need to know as close as possible who will be there so they will prepare enough buffet to be served. We will have the dinner and buffet in a private meeting room. Drive your street car down to the Burg and our crew comes to you and picks your car, you are eligible to join the crowd in lane 8! If you are selected you can run in the race for a $5.00 entry. The $5.00 goes into the pot which already has $200.00 in it! So just to be clear, drive your car out, get picked, have the chance to win a couple hundred bucks! Afterwards you can also enter all the Saturday night streetcar brakcet races AND enjoy the exciting OUTLAW program! Come out and enjoy the fun!

It will consist of the TOP 10 In the Points cars and or Trucks from Bracket I and Bracket II from Friday night racing and Trophy class from the Saturday Program. Total of 30 Racers. It will be paying 4 Spots which will be $1,000.00, $500.00 $100.00 and $100.00. This is a FREE RACE for these top 30 cars. We will also be racing a Regular program on that day if you want to come BE THERE. This should be really Exciting to see who comes out on top. Thanks to all our Racers and the STAFF at US60 Raceway!!!
